Trainer City - Terms of Service

Account and Identity

• You may choose your username, but impersonation of staff or other players is strictly prohibited.
• Each player is assigned a unique token for identification and management (bans, admin actions, and similar actions).
• Username to token pairing is enforced. Mismatches or attempts to bypass this system will result in disciplinary action.
• Bans and restrictions are tied to tokens, not usernames or IPs, and persist even if you change your name or connection details.

Admin Script, Moderation and Logging

• All moderation actions (kicks, bans, mutes, warnings) are managed by the custom admin script and are logged for transparency and abuse prevention.
• Admins may take action at their discretion to maintain server integrity and player safety.
• Attempting to exploit, bypass, or interfere with admin or logging systems is strictly forbidden and can result in immediate sanctions.
• Appeals can be submitted through official server channels. Appeals are reviewed fairly.

VPN and Proxy Policy

• VPNs and proxies are not permitted unless you have explicit permission from server staff.
• VPN block script automatically detects and blocks most VPN/proxy connections to prevent abuse and maintain fair play.
• False positives can be appealed by contacting server staff. Attempts to bypass VPN blocking may result in sanctions.

Rules and Community Conduct

Free speech is respected, but the actions below are strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement:

• Posting or attempting to expose personal information (IP address, MAC, device IDs, or similar details).
• Verified threats or harassment that could escalate into real-world harm.
• Exploiting, disrupting, or attempting to disrupt server systems, including admin and VPN block scripts.
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party tools.
• Robbery, scamming, or griefing outside allowed gameplay mechanics.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate punishment, including permanent bans without warning:

• Sexual content involving minors
  Any discussion, joke, roleplay, or claim involving individuals under 18 in a sexual or suggestive way is strictly prohibited.
  This includes pretending to be underage. There are no exceptions.
• Racism, slurs, and hate speech
  Use of racial slurs, discriminatory language, or targeting any group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, or sexual orientation is not tolerated.
• Explicit sexual content
  Sexual language, graphic remarks, or inappropriate discussions are not allowed in chat.
• Toxic, abusive, or degrading behaviour
  Insults, harassment, excessive profanity directed at others, or generally hostile behaviour that ruins the environment will be punished.
• Disruptive or inflammatory topics
  Content intended to provoke, divide, or derail the community (including extreme political or ideological arguments) is not allowed.

Privacy and Data

Your username and chat messages are visible to other members. For management and moderation, only the following is stored:

• Your username
• Your randomly generated token
• Admin actions and logs (if applicable)
• VPN or proxy connection attempts for security and abuse prevention

No other personal data is collected. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

This policy applies only to Trainer City. For issues on other servers, contact those server owners directly.
